Coopers beach

At Paihia School Te Maunga and Te Moana were going on a camping trip to coopers beach. We had to make a DLO to explain what we did so here is mine (I made a book Creator).

About Me

Kia Ora everyone! My name is Jack and I am an 11 year old currently attending Paihia Primary School. I love using technology to do my work and I love playing either on my PS4 or with my dog Bindi. My Dog Bindi is a Jack Russel Crossed with a Pig Dog (Her mum got in with the pig dogs).

My favourite food is Mutton and Steak cooked Medium Rare. My favourite Restaurant is Dixie Browns on the waterfront in Taupo.

At school I work really hard and learning new things is really easy for me. I think It’s because I test my brain on every math question I do but I still limit myself to learning. I don’t like Physical education as I really am not good at it. The few sports that I am good at and enjoy are Kio Rahi & Golf. My goal for this year is to improve my attitude towards sports and try new things! I enjoy helping others because I like to be the boss as I have difficulty following orders. I need to focus on my learning on making the work good first and then the presentation. I have OCD and it really annoys me when pictures and words aren’t centered.

This year I am really looking forward to the new learning opportunities that this year will provide! There’s a book called Wonder about a boy with a Facial disability, but that doesn’t stop him being like every other kid in the world! He may make kids cry in the playground but he still loves stars and kids might not touch him for fear of catching the plague but he still loves to play on his xbox just like everyone else. It puts a sentence in my mind whenever I read the book. No matter what you look like, you are still a person in this world and every human being counts and deserves to be treated kindly
