  1. Kia ora Jack,

How are you doing today? It's great to see you participating in the Summer Learning Journey!

I am so impressed by what you've done for this activity, Jack. You've clearly put in a lot of effort and thought hard about which superpowers you would choose, and how you would use them.

I think my favourite superpower that you mentioned is telekinesis. I would never have thought about using this power to build houses for the homeless or to make terrorists float. That is very creative!

Great work including your image attribution too! Overall, awesome job! Did you enjoy this activity? It looks like your images would have been fun to make!

Keep up the great work Jack and I look forward to seeing more of your work :)

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla

  3. Kia ora Jack! Olive from the Summer Learning Journey here! How are you doing?

What awesome super powers! What one is your favourite? I think mine would have to be Portals! I think that's a super useful power that you could use to travel around the world with, and also to get to places like work! If I was a super hero, I think I'd have an ocean power! I'd love to be like Katara, a water bender in the Last Air Bender. I think it would be awesome to visit whales and see coral reefs! Breathing under water would be so cool!

I notice you haven't been as active recently - maybe you're on holiday? Bad wifi connection? The dog ate your computer? Whatever the reason, my team and I would love to see more of your work! Don't give up, there are still two weeks of the program to go!

    Ngā mihi,
    Olive

  4. Hi Jack,

It's Georgia here, the Cluster Manager from last summer. I hope you had a good 2019 and enjoying your summer! It's really fabulous to see you are participating in the SLJ programme again. I know I really enjoyed reading your blogposts last summer!

You have listed some pretty awesome superpowers there. I had never heard of Astral Projection before. What would happen with your body once your soul has left it? I can see a trend in your superpowers. They all relate to helping and protecting others. That is really lovely.

All the best with your year Jack! I hope you'll complete a few more activities before the programme ends.

    Kind regards,
    Georgia
